Communication
Communication with webdesign berlin can take place in many forms. It can be either verbal or nonverbal. It can also take place over the phone, online, or in person. There are so many ways that communication can take place, but we will only cover the basics on general communication.Verbal communication involves speech and tone of voice to convey a message. “Hello Ms. Harris, how are you today?” is a form of verbal communication. Your tone of voice makes an impact on the type of message you’re giving. If you’re yelling at someone, you’re obviously angry at them. But if your voice is low and quiet, then you must be shy.
Nonverbal communication involves facial expressions, gestures, and other “signs” that also help us convey a message. If your daughter comes home from school, slams the front door, and runs upstairs without speaking to you, that’s a sign that she’s upset. She obviously had a bad day at school!
There are also several gestures that help you understand how the person is feeling. If someone is giving you a thumb up sign, they’re showing their appreciation or are telling you “Good job”. If a young girl has her arms crossed and her back up against a wall at a party, that means she doesn’t want to talk to anyone. Observing people’s nonverbal communication signs can be very handy when they’re being difficult.
Feedback is also a form of communication that’s almost always used. It’s a written or verbal response you receive from someone.
